Meditation is healing for the mind and body. It allows us to calm and manage stresses. These workshops are designed for both the beginner to the experienced practitioner. We will cover off different techniques to start or continue a meditation practice. Bring a notepad along with your yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing as light stretching will be part of our time together.
Join into one of these deeply relaxing specialty classes. Our time together starts with a Yin Yoga practice to stretch out the body. Then, we delve into deep, restful, conscious relaxation with Yoga Nidra. From there we are ready to be fully present for meditation.

108 Sun Salutations are traditionally done for seasonal cleansing practices. This practices takes your energy investment to charge you up. While this is a physical practice, a meditative state emerges as we cycle through the rhythms and synchronize the breath with each intentional movement.

Partner Yoga Classes
This is yoga for 2 bodies. We share and negotiate space, strength and submission. Supporting each other as we deepen our yoga practice and our relationship. These classes are only good for those who are willing to laugh.
Salutations & Savasana Class:
This Yoga class is straightforward: 2 sets of 27 classical sun salutations, a long supine spinal twist and long savasana. This is a meditative, invigorating and cleansing experience. You'll love the 'yoga buzz' you've created for the remainder of the day...
5-day Yoga Intensive
Ideally, yoga is practiced daily. It's like washing your face or brushing your teeth -- another cleansing method. Yoga cleanses both the body and the mind. It enables us to connect wholly with our Self. Your 5-day cleanse will be structured as such: - 75 min Physical Yoga practice - 15 min Relaxation - 10 min Breathing exercises - 20 min Meditation A light breakfast concludes the practice (fruit, cold & hot herbal teas, nuts, yogurt) Handouts will be available to explain how to maintain and amplify the effects of your morning practice throughout the day.
The Yoga of Eating - Workshop
When we practice yoga on the mat, we are cultivating balance in our lives - both physically and mentally. Balance also needs to be cultivated at the table too. Learn the yogic point of view on eating. Find out why a vegetarian diet is encouraged. Learn about the three different types of food and their effect on the mind and body. Learn about the three different constitutions and how we can use food to balance it out.
