Private Yoga Instruction
Private Yoga Instruction is a great way for those students who are wanting to deepen their yoga practice. Students often want feedback on their existing yoga practice to ensure safety or efficacy of effort. Some students desire to work on that one 'special pose' that is alluding them. Private instruction well-suited to these ends. It's also benefical for those students who need some education in modifying their practice to accommodate physical limitations to help them get them back into group classes. Private instruction will be tailored to suit you. One hour sessions. Special pricing on multiple bookings. Semi-private classes also available.
Thai Yoga Massage
Sometimes considered 'lazy yoga'... This is a passive yoga style, where the client is gently stretched and massaged into a very relaxed state. The client is fully clothed and there's no messy oils/lotions. 60 or 90 minute appointments available.
This is great activity for a group of people to enjoy - whether it's at work, BBQ, bridal shower or an evening out for the girls. Chair massage is a quick "pick me up" as it's usually a 15 minute massage in a special ergonomic chair. Need more time? Book an afternoon or evening for a group. (minimum 4 people) Appointments are available for 15 or 30 minute chair massage just for yourself.
Whether it's early morning, lunch time, or after work, yoga is always a great idea for the workplace. A workplace yoga program can be beneficial for reducing stress, team-building and cultivating creativity. Yoga is especially good for alleviating tensions in the neck and shoulders from computer use. * A minimum of 10 participants is required.
